The Group has adopted a specific Organization, Management, and Control Model (Organizational Model) in line with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 231 of 2001 regarding the administrative liability of legal entities. R1 S.p.A. and its subsidiaries provide a Whistleblowing system that ensures the confidentiality of the identity of the reporting person, the person involved, and any person mentioned in the report, as well as the content of the report and related documentation, in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 24\/2023 (‘Whistleblowing’).
