➡️ Continuous Improvement: ongoing evolution of infrastructures through patching, updates, and architectural and infrastructure improvements for the client.
➡️ Continuous Maintenance: management of all layers present in client architectures, thanks to highly specialized and qualified personnel for specific areas of expertise.
In 2024, we acquired 15 new clients nationwide and managed more than 20 strategic technologies. In 2025, we will work to:
➡️ Expand services and include competencies for distributed endpoint management (from workstations to smartphones)
➡️ Duplicate our competence centers in the Group’s upcoming new headquarters, to ensure high geographical reliability and greater service continuity.
Currently, the Competence Center managing operations is located in Rome, while the one related to security is in Perugia.
