For 31 years, R1 S.p.A. has been supporting companies in the public and private sectors in their business processes, offering project management activities and innovative solutions from technological partners. We combine advanced solutions with the value of our design and technical know-how, accompanying clients in the digital transformation of their organizations.
Today, we continue to seek new brands and maintain high standards of competence and certification, with the aim of being recognized as the main technological partner in Italy for system and technology integration projects, thus contributing to the business development of our clients.

Ethical Principles and Compliance

To this end, we have adopted an Ethical Code that guides relationships with all stakeholders. Furthermore, we have implemented an organizational and management model compliant with Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, as a preventive tool to protect our reputation and promote the values of legality and transparency that have always distinguished us.
