CODE OF ETHICS
R1 Group’s Code of Ethics reflects our corporate culture and the values we identify with. The attention to our customers’ needs, the search for increasingly sustainable solutions, products, and technologies, and the development of our people represent our way of doing business, respecting all individuals and the planet we live in.
ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT MODEL (pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01)
The Group has adopted a specific Organization, Management, and Control Model (Organizational Model) in line with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 231 of 2001 regarding the administrative liability of legal entities. It explicitly states the values, principles of behavior, commitments, and responsibilities that we assume at R1 Group both internally and externally.
WHISTLEBLOWING SYSTEM
R1 S.p.A. and its subsidiaries provide a Whistleblowing system that ensures the confidentiality of the identity of the reporting person, the person involved, and any person mentioned in the report, as well as the content of the report and related documentation, in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 24/2023 (‘Whistleblowing’).
Reports can be made in written or oral form through the following information channels.
For reports not concerning members of the Supervisory Body:
Through a dedicated IT platform for reporting misconduct.
Or through a direct meeting with the Supervisory Body, by appointment to be arranged via a message sent on the platform dedicated to reports.
For reports concerning one or more members of the Supervisory Body:
By regular mail, to be sent to the address Via Monte Carmelo 5, ZIP 00166 ROME, placing in a sealed envelope marked ‘STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL. RESERVED FOR THE WHISTLEBLOWING ETHICS COMMITTEE’ two additional envelopes, one containing an identification document and contact details of the reporting person, the other containing the content of the report.
